V Business and Property Network is a business brokerage firm dedicated to helping people successfully buy and sell businesses from a wide variety of industries. Our team consists of qualified business professionals that pool knowledge and experience to provide the highest level of quality service and confidentiality to new and existing Clients. Based in Johannesburg, the company has been serving Clients throughout the country since 2005.

Our mission is to provide quality service of the sort we ourselves expect, and to successfully connect the buyers and sellers of desirable businesses that require a change of ownership.

Alice Goodwin - Principal

Prior to joining Remax in 2003 as an estate agent, I was in the IT industry since 1996 (having obtained a degree in Information Science from RAU). From one desk job to another, I realised that it was not the life for me. In 2004 I obtained my Certified Estate Agent qualification from the EAAB, and decided to go it alone and start my own business: V Business and Property Network was established in 2005, and I have not looked back since. In 2009, to further my knowledge, I completed the Property Investment and Practice course presented by Professor Francois Viruly at WITS. The course mostly focused on the commercial property sector which our property division - VProp.co.za - mainly deals with.

Our company might be small, but this allows us to focus on the business at hand - giving Clients our undivided attention. We prefer to have in-depth knowledge of each business listing, thus we do NOT stockpile businesses. Ask me to view our businesses sold portfolio when next we meet!
